Cafe Brûlée has been in the making for over three years — a dream brought to life by Pesto’s owner, Rich Redmer. His vision was simple: create a warm, welcoming space where community and craft come together, and where Belle the Baker — a published pastry chef who’s been part of the Pesto’s family for over a decade — could truly shine. Our bakery fills the shelves with Pesto’s signature desserts, while our baristas keep the coffee flowing with beans sourced from our local partners at Fireside Roasters. At Cafe Brûlée, kindness comes first and egos are left at the door. We’re proud to serve our neighbors, support local organizations, and share a space that feels like home.
